What is membership management?
Membership management is keeping track of who your members are, what they’ve paid for and when they renew, and keeping in touch with them. Membership management software does the repetitive parts for you: reminders, receipts, renewals and keeping the list up to date.
Can members renew on their own?
Yes. Members get reminders by email and on their Wallet card, and can renew in two taps from either. Auto-renew by card or direct debit is optional per level.
Can we charge different prices for juniors, seniors or couples?
Yes. Create as many levels as you need, with eligibility rules such as age or location, and household pricing.
Do lapsed members count toward our plan?
No. Only the Free plan has a member limit, and it counts active members only.
