How long does a migration take?
Most organizations are running on memberbeam within a week. The import itself takes minutes; the time goes into checking settings, connecting payments and preparing your announcement.
Will members have to set up a password?
No. Members sign in with a magic link or passkey using the email you already have for them.
Can we run both systems while we switch?
Yes. You can import, test and re-import as often as you like before switching your renewals over.
What does migration cost?
It is free. On Growth and Pro, and annual Community plans, our team does it with you. On other plans, the self-serve importer is included.
When should we switch?
Many organizations switch shortly before their Wild Apricot renewal date or after a price increase notice. We can time your launch to avoid renewal season if you prefer.
